Transfers can be booked from any location to any destination within the Dominican Republic — whether from airports, cruise ports, hotels, or a specific address. Select your departure point, and if you wish to include any stops, add them using the “+” symbol, then choose your final destination.
You can easily book your transfer online through our website or by contacting us directly. Just provide your flight or pickup location details, destination, and preferred vehicle type, and we’ll take care of the rest.
You can make changes to your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. To amend your booking, please send an email to transfers@sdkexcellent-tours.com using your confirmation number and what action you wish to take.
You can cancel your booking by sending us an email. Please include your order/confirmation number when sending your email at transfers@sdkexcellent-tours.com.
Your flight will be monitored for delays to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. If your flight is delayed, your booking will be automatically updated. Please note that the update to the new arrival time is subject to availability.
Any request for cancellation must be informed in writing by e-mail to Customer Service, mentioning your order/confirmation number. To cancel your booking, you should contact us by email: transfers@sdkexcellent-tours.com with your order/confirmation number and the reason of the cancellation. No refunds are available once a transfer or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized. All transfer and tour schedules are pre-scheduled. “No shows” are non-refundable. Cancellations made 24 hours or Less – No Refund. Cancellations made 48 hours – A 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made 72 hours – A 25% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made more than 72 hours- A Full refund.
Yes, please submit your new flight schedule as soon as possible by emailing us directly at transfers@sdkexcellent-tours.com with your updated flight information. If your pick-up time is within 24 hours, please call the local emergency phone number provided in your confirmation email. You can also find this number directly on the website at the bottom right corner.
At the destination, the driver will be waiting in the arrival hall of the airport or cruise port, or in the hotel lobby, holding a sign with the passenger’s name. If you have trouble locating your driver, please contact the local phone number provided in your booking confirmation. You can also find this number directly on the website at the bottom right corner.
The average height of medium luggage is approximately 76cm / 30 inches and the width of around 45cm / 18 inches. Small or cabin baggage has a height of roughly 48cm / 19 inches and a width of approximately 32cm / 13 inches. If you have large or oversized luggage, please specify the dimensions in the special instructions field of the booking form.
Child and baby seats are available on request. You can request child and baby seats in the Extras section of the booking page. There is an additional cost of US$25.00.
For private transfers, you and your group will be the sole occupants of the vehicle.
