You can make changes to your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. To amend your booking, please send an email to transfers@sdkexcellent-tours.com using your confirmation number and what action you wish to take.

You can cancel your booking by sending us an email. Please include your order/confirmation number when sending your email at transfers@sdkexcellent-tours.com.

Any request for cancellation must be informed in writing by e-mail to Customer Service, mentioning your order/confirmation number. To cancel your booking, you should contact us by email: transfers@sdkexcellent-tours.com with your order/confirmation number and the reason of the cancellation.

No refunds are available once a transfer or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized. All transfer and tour schedules are pre-scheduled. “No shows” are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or Less – No Refund.
• Cancellations made 48 hours – A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellations made 72 hours – A 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours- A Full refund.
